Town 1st 1
James Edwards (1)
O N CHENECKS 0

This was never goning to be a day when football would be the winner, with the wind swirling around Jubilee park. In the 9th minute good work from Sam Moaks neatly skipping past his full back to drive a low cross in for James Edwards to get his second goal of the season. Chenecks then had the better of the spoils hitting the woodwork twice & missing a one on one chance with the keeper when they seemed certain to score.
The second half was again a fairly even affair with both teams hitting the woodwork, Dave Beeny in the Town goal was called upon more as a sweeper than a goalkeeper. On reflection Chenecks can count themselves unlucky to go away from Jubilee Park empty handed
