Although Town dominated possession it took until the 24th minute to break down the Warboys defence Through Jordan Brockett scoring his first senior goal. On 27 minutes Gary Marheineke drove into the box, only to be fouled. Klie Brighton struck the penalty into the roof of the net. On 42 minutes Ashley Welford scored after a good run & cross from Brighton.
The second half started with Town piling on the pressure & it was skipper Marheineke whos sweet volley made it 4 - 0 on 47 minutes. It was Brighton on 65 minutes to score his second with a rasping shoot. The reminder of the second half saw Town dominating with Brighton missing at least 3 chances to complete his hatrick. It was left to substitute Joe Furness to finish off the scoring direct from a corner on 90 minutes to complete the 6 - 0 score line.
