After losing a two goal lead in the previous Saturday's Hall Road derby, Huntingdon successfully defended a similar advantage in this return meeting on home soil.
Declan Rogers put Town on their way to victory with a 21st minute penalty, and three minutes later the lead was doubled by Jack Warwick.
Eynesbury again fought back, but all they could manage in return this time was a 40th minute Tom Coles goal.
